Acts 24: Discouragement and Trust - October 25, 2020

Image
This week's message is from Acts 24. Have you ever wrestled with trusting through a frustrating season? Have you ever expressed those feelings towards God? We have a loving God who is big enough and real enough to handle our seasons of doubt, struggle, discontentment and hurt. The cross of Jesus shows us that.  Three things to consider this week: 1) We need the reality and the truth of God to be our foundation 2) Being faithful doesn't always yield immediate earthly results 3) It's okay to express hurt while we trust To follow along with the scripture, click here . Acts 23: Being Courageous - October 18, 2020

This week, we take a look at Acts 23 ( click here to follow along ). We see Paul continue to be a problematic hot potato for the religious and political leadership in the region by preaching a hope in a resurrection through Jesus Christ.  Here's a few things to remember: 1) God is always with us. 2) Courage is actually found in surrender to Jesus. 3) The church is to mirror the qualities found in Jesus. If you want prayer or to connect with us, send us an email here . We have Sunday services each week at 10:30am. Here's where to find us:

Acts 21: Knowing the Cost - October 4, 2020

Think about the trust that it takes to carry that out, and the surrender necessary...but also the God who is loving enough to bring him through it.
